These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of opsynq.com (the “Site”), which is operated by OPSYNQ (“OPSYNQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
About the Site
The Site gives general information about OPSYNQ and the business systems consulting services we offer. The content on the Site is general information. It is not legal, financial, tax, security or other professional advice for your particular situation. Examples, illustrations and descriptions on the Site show the kind of work we do. They are not promises or guarantees of any particular result.
Our services are provided under separate agreements
Using the Site or submitting a form does not create a client relationship and does not obligate you or us to do anything further. Any services we provide will be governed by a separate written agreement between you and OPSYNQ. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls for those services. We may decline any inquiry or request for services.
Who may use the Site
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. If you use the Site or submit information on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
Information you send us
When you submit a form or contact us, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You allow us to use that information to respond to you, understand your business, decide whether we are a good fit, prepare for and hold conversations with you, provide our services and for the other purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
Please do not send passwords, account numbers, payment card details, health information or other sensitive information through the Site’s forms.
If you send us ideas, suggestions or feedback, we may use them freely without any obligation to you.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any of those emails. If you give us your phone number, we will use it only to respond to your inquiry and to communicate about work you have asked us to do, and not for marketing calls or marketing text messages. You agree that we may communicate with you electronically, and that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing.

General
These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and OPSYNQ about your use of the Site. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a part of these Terms, that does not waive our right to enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms, but we may transfer ours. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, employment or agency relationship. Sections that by their nature should continue after you stop using the Site will continue.
