We’ve been on both sides of the operation.
Running our own e-commerce business taught us how much has to work together to create a good customer experience. From attracting customers and building the systems behind our sales and retention to managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and taking care of people along the way, we’ve experienced what it takes to keep a business moving.
Over the years, we’ve made improvements that helped us organize the work, reduce repetitive tasks, and give customers more personal attention. We’ve also learned that even the best technology needs good processes and people who understand how to use it.
That’s part of why we started OPSYNQ. We know what it’s like to carry the responsibility of running a business while trying to make it better. We want to help other businesses find worthwhile improvements, get the right systems in place, and give their teams more time to focus on what matters.
“I’ve run the marketing, sales, customer experience, and technology side of our business since 2021, building the systems behind our customer follow-up, sales, retention, and daily operations. Those systems gave us hours back every week and helped us bring more customers back. I’ve also learned that software, AI, and people each have their own strengths, and the real value comes from knowing how to use them together.”

“I’ve spent years managing the day-to-day operations of our business, from production, inventory, and fulfillment to customer service and making sure people felt taken care of after they ordered. There was a time when we managed orders through text messages and tracked inventory by hand. As we built clearer procedures and better systems, the business became easier to run, and I had more time for our customers. One of the biggest things I’ve learned is that people remember how a business makes them feel, especially when something goes wrong.”

Knowing what to hand to technology and what to keep with people.
Every dependable system answers two questions: what can technology handle on its own, and what should people stay responsible for? We make sure both are clear before anything goes live.

We’ll look at your business the way we looked at ours.
Because we’ve run a business ourselves, we know the difference between a change that makes the work lighter and one that adds one more thing to manage. We’ll look at how your business really runs and listen to the people who do the work, then recommend only what will help. If a small change does the job, that’s what we’ll recommend.
Let’s talk about your business.
Tell us how it runs today and what you’d like to work better. One of us will read it and get back to you personally.
